At time of going live with this website on 04/04/2022, we know some parts of this website are not fully accessible, as we have tested the Staging website which included a number of 'dummy' properties.

On 21/03/2022 when Accessibility testing the staging website (which had a number of 'Dummy ' properties loaded) the Accessibility score was 89.5 out of 100 

We are working on the following areas to improve the accessibility score of this site 

• Frequently answered Questions Page.
  This page is being updated by the developer  to allow us to resolve issue with the title, inorder to resolve the following issues:-
  • Line height is fixed
  • Line height is below minimum value
  • Font size is fixed
     
• Search and Bid on Properties page.
  This page does not currently have any live properties on, but we are aware when testing the staging system that we need to review the following areas for each new property.
  • Matching visible label and accessible name 
  • Element ID's to ensure they are unique
  • Add alternative text to links
